Timber Frame Screen House

A safehaven from bugs and weather down by the water. All timber milled with the help of our local mentors using locally salvaged logs downed in storms or cut as a part of forest management. Screenhouse fully designed and built by the Duchin Builds team and finished off with a kitchenette and two couches that transform into queen beds for a waterfront sleeping experience. Wraparound deck functions as both stairs and additional seating.
